All our shrubs are low sugar but this one is one of the least sweet. It truly tastes like cucumbers followed by a delightfully sour vitamin C hit from the rosella flowers.

Shrub is taken from the Arabic word “sharab” or “drink”. When they were brought to 15th century England, they were adapted to medicinal tonics in early apothecaries.
