Organic sunflower oil is extracted from the seeds of the sunflower plant. This sunflower oil is very high in oleic (monounsaturated) acids. Organic sunflower oil is light in colour and taste and is has excellent stability without hydrogenation.

This organic sunflower oil is expeller pressed, meaning that the oil is squeezed directly from sunflower seeds by crushing them in an expeller press.
