Organic steel-cut oats are made by cutting the whole oat groat (the inside of the oat kernel) with a steel cutter. As they are not rolled, they are raw and packed with the natural nutrients from the wholegrain! Organic steel-cut oat kernels make a wholesome and nourishing porridge.
