
Organic steel-cut oats are made by cutting the whole oat groat (the inside of the oat kernel) with a steel cutter. As they are not rolled, they are raw and packed with the natural nutrients from the wholegrain! Organic steel-cut oat kernels make a wholesome and nourishing porridge. Cooking time is longer than a rolled oat, but the result is a creamier, more filling and nutritionally packed porridge.
