Named after a small town in Greece, but grown here in Australia, Kalamata olives provide a smooth meaty texture and a full-on earthy flavour. These classics work particularly well in dishes hailing from the Mediterranean. Try scattering them over a whole fish accompanied by fresh vegies and rosemary, then roasting the whole pan in the oven with lashings of Grumpy's olive oil.

Based locally down the road from us, in the beautiful Byron Bay Hinterland, Grumpy Grandma’s is a family owned olive business dedicated to creating olives and oil products that taste nothing short of amazing. While not certified organic, they practise mostly organic farming methods. Exceptional olives, made right here in Rosebank!
