Khorasan flour, also known as Kamut flour, is an an ancient grain flour that has been rediscovered in recent years. Kamut is more easily digested in some than regular wheat grain.
Khorasan grain is high in zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, Vitamin E, protein, amino acids and essential fatty acids. It is highly water soluble, therefore the grains vital substances can be absorbed quickly by our bodies.
