She's developed this beauty over 7 years. No refined sugars, just sweetened naturally with raw Byron Bay honey. These fiery chillies (Jamaican hot yellows + Scotch bonnets) were sustainably grown by local growers who farm using regenerative methods, then fermented slow in quality organic pink Murray River salt.
It's then blended with a balance of lime and other organic yummies from farms graced with rich volcanic soil all over these Widjabal/Arakwal lands. The result is a symphony of complex well-rounded flavour, with a medium-high heat (she rates it 4 out of 5) like a beautiful warm hug.
