These fire-blistered jalapenos were sustainably grown by local growers who farm using regenerative methods, then fermented slow in quality organic pink Himalayan salt.
It's then blended with a balance of Inca berry, Tahitian lime and other organic yummies from farms graced with rich volcanic soil all over these Widjabal/Arakwal lands. The result is a symphony of complex well-rounded flavour, with a medium heat (rated 3.5 out of 5) like a beautiful warm hug.
