This is our favourite rice, grown here in our backyard just outside of Casino, by the family operated Slater Farm.

Grown locally in Northern NSW purely on rainwater (no flood irrigation), this organic and biodynamic brown rice is a medium-grain rice that is nutritious, delicious and sustainably grown. 

The fibre in brown rice helps lower cholesterol, moves waste through the digestive tract and promotes fullness. Brown rice is also a good source of selenium, which plays an important role in thyroid hormone production, antioxidant production, and immune function.
