It is unrefined, allowing the almond oil to retain its natural golden colour, mild odour and nutritional benefits such as vitamin E, B, and P content. Almond oil pairs well with fish, asparagus, cream soups or light vinaigrettes due to its clean flavour. Almond oil is also very popular in aromatherapy and massage due to its soothing effects on the skin.
