We have sourced superb raw, single filtered honey from a nearby beekeeper. This honey comes from a small apiary, lovingly tended in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Our beekeeper uses organic methods, absolutely no hive chemicals or synthetics, no external heat, minimal human interference and the honey is hand harvested and bottled without being blended.
Crystalisation is normal with raw honey, should it occur in the colder months gently heat the jar in warm water.
Purchasing local supports our bee keepers and local bee population, encourages the health of our ecosystem and provides maximum protection against local airborne pollens. Sourced and produced locally in Corndale.
