Davidson Plum (Ooray) sugar, a combination of two beautiful ingredients. The Davidson Plum is grown and hand harvested on Bundjalung land, and combined with Australian organic raw sugar.

We love using this Ooray Sugar as a topping on porridge, cakes, pastries and our favourite is as a rim sugar for mocktails or cocktails.
