Lovely flakey Aussie oats are combined with almonds, biodynamic apples, currants and ooray (davidson plum powder) from our mates at Byron Bush Food. Once soaked, the plum powder adds a gorgeous pink colour to the bircher, not to mention provides a big dose of vitamin C and antioxidants for the day! Soak overnight and add fruit, yogurt and milk of choice - there's no better way to start the day.
