
Sriracha Sauce was originally produced in Thailand in the 1930s. Local heroes Church Farm have created their version to echo the original with its sweet, tangy and garlicky driven flavour. They have combined sun ripened local red chillies and capsicum to produce this vibrantly red, moderately spicy, and delicately sweet and sour sauce. Completely addictive and extremely versatile. Made here in the Northern Rivers.
