Grown locally in Northern NSW purely on rainwater (no flood irrigation), this organic and biodynamic fragrant long-grain brown rice is is nutritious, delicious and sustainably grown. 

The fibre in brown rice helps lower cholesterol, moves waste through the digestive tract and promotes fullness. Brown rice is also a good source of selenium, which plays an important role in thyroid hormone production, antioxidant production, and immune function.
