This is their take on a traditional Korean kim chi. It’s a complex and rich umami ferment its saucy and juicy and medium spice/heat level.
A perfect addition to a toasty, rice dishes and is also divine on top a cheesy hot baked potato. Traditionally fermented, vegan and packed with probiotics.
Made in house, with love from locally sourced seasonal and organic ingredients: wombok cabbage, bokchoy, kale, spring onion, raddish, ginger, garlic, tamari, rice miso, chilli, raw sugar, pink salt.
Fermented foods are naturally anti-inflammatory and boost your immunity by creating a good gut environment - so eat as many different kinds as you can! kraut, kimchi, yoghurt, pickles, kefir, cultured vegetables - yum.
Made in a fermentary which also processes tree nuts.
