Four incredible krauts to work your way through:
Baby Pink - caraway seed
This baby pink kraut is their more traditional kraut, great as an intro ferment as it’s easy to incorporate into any meal, traditionally fermented for 30 days and packed with probiotics and immune building goodness.
Its feels are - a perfectly balanced kraut – carrots brings sweetness and earthy and rounded from the caraway seeds. We love baby pink with fried eggs on toast and dukkah, on avocado toast with fetta and it’s just perfect in a traditional salad sandwich.

It’s flavour profile is briney like the ocean, heavy with dill and rich in chlorophyll. Gotu kola and tasmanian kelp are superfoods making this kraut a powerhouse of nutrition.
We love it in ham and cheese toasties, with rice, sausauges, or delicious tossed through a salad with yoghurt.

Ruby Kraut - beetroot ginger
This ruby kraut is sweet and ginger spicy, beetroot gives it an earthy roundness with a sour ferment finish. We love it on borsche, a cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel, with a curry or next to some creamy potato salad.
